Do you know someone who can read you like a book? li so, you know It can be a little unnerving at times. That's part of what makes this efiect memorable. You appear able to read the spectators like a book.
The audience won't know whether to take your claims seriously. That's another part of what makes it memorable. Because, if you're not doing what you claim, you must be a miracle worker—an even more unnerving prospect. The routine also involves a great deal of audience interaction, potentially providing the spectators a lot of entertainment while they ponder their dilemma.
