Here's the part that you are probably the most interested in, some specific (and not so specific) cribs. Each of these has its good and bad points, its own strengths and weaknesses. Each will have to be adapted to your own persona, the context of the routine, the motivation that is present at the time of the cribs use, and all of the other factors we've discussed in these pages. I'll try to give you examples of possible motivations and contexts where these can be used, but they are certainly not limited to what 1 give here. Use your imagination and find what works best for you.
