how your eyelids are becoming heavier ...

and ... as your eyes become tired and your eyelids heavy ...

you will notice how your breathing is deepening ...

how you are beginning to relax ...

have you noticed how one hand feels more relaxed ...

than the other?

as you continue to relax ...

the other one will catch up ...

there's no need to worry about anything ...

you can just close your eyes now ... close your eyes ...

rest those tired eyes ...

so that relaxation spreads ...

and it is easier and easier ...

to become more and more aware ...

of sensations and feelings within you ...

that may otherwise go overlooked ...

you can take time to notice how your whole body is relaxing ... the muscles in your shoulders ... arms ...
