HINT: Pop-twist balloon creations are symmetrical. You have to twist the same number of bubbles for each side of a figure.

2 Pull up on the large bubble and fold it in half while squeezing together on the two small bubbles. Twist the middle bubble three times.

IHold a blown balloon several inches from the tied mouth end. Use the tip of your longest finger to push the knot into the balloon. Keep forcing the knot down until it is one or two knuckles inside the balloon.

2 With your free hand, grab hold of the knot and then pull your finger out of the balloon.

3 Pull up on the bulb of the "tulip" and twist the balloon. Make sure that the knot is below the twist with the remainder of the balloon.
